“Wonderful pools and other amenities. The quality of the build and the cleanliness are first rate. So far above the normal hotel chain. Might be nice to review amenities and policies in advance if you have a short stay. By the time I had the lay of the land, it was sadly time to check out! 10 outta 10!”

“Was ok. Thought it would have had the kitchen basics in paper products. Paper towels. Plates. Cups. Bathroom toilet has issues. Flushing. Needs new ring on floor. Leaked and smelled of urine. Great location ”

“Apartment is in a great location and has everything you might need. Safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and Atlantic Avenue shops and restaurants. Internet was a little spotty while we were there but otherwise the stay was great.”

“We were so excited to be the very first guests! This condo is actually amazing and even better than the photos...really great wow factor! The host has thought of everything. So clean, very comfortable furniture, very well appointed kitchen, and the balcony is huge with fantastic ocean views. The building is new and beautiful with nice staff all around the property. Pools and grounds are great and the beach is perfect. We loved our stay and our trip! Thank you Nick!!!”

“The overall property was beautiful and in a great location. However, my unit was not put together and had window blinds strewn all over the kitchen and bedroom. Additionally, the shower head could not stay on the wall and would fall into the tub every time I would turn the water on. Lastly, the listing said it included valet parking but the front desk said valet was nonexistent. When I raised these concerns with Vacasa, they said they couldn’t do anything for me. After 5 separate conversations,……
