Super comfortable room to rest my head really quick while on the road. The area around was the only part that made me uncomfortable.

We had to leave immediately because the room was not cleaned. There was lots of hair on the pillows and under the covers and the smell was so bad.

Horrible. Pictures are a lie. Tv did not work. Paint was chopping off walls. Ceiling was coming down. Bathroom was so small you could barely close the door without it hitting toilet

Broken glass, dirty bedding, and the three rooms we tried smell like an ashtray.
Ended up not staying there and getting a different hotel 10 minutes away

This property has some awesome staff, which is why I like it, however on this stay I had a problem.
A leak developed in the bathroom. When I alerted the overnight desk attendant I woke to go to the bathroom and was greeted by a wet floor, he came to my room right away.
Once in the room he quickly discovered the source of the leak and said he would have maintenance come fix it. Since that was going to take up to two hours he gave me late checkout.
The problem was the water wasn’t cleaned up and nothing was put down so I could safely go in and out of the bathroom. After over two hours had passed I contacted the front desk again and was told the problem couldn’t be fixed while the room was occupied. This was frustrating.
While I could understand, I felt this should have been told to me by the staff person who came to my room to assess the leak. Instead based on what I had been told I waited and couldn’t shower or be in the bathroom for almost four hours. This delayed my plans for the day.
Also once the source of the leak was known the staff should have made sure the water was gotten up and/or put down something so I could be safe.
As the guest I do not think I should have had the responsibility of cleaning it up. I was literally given a mop and 2 thin old rags to get this pool of water up off the bathroom floor.
Hopefully this is a one time occurrence, but I hope these staff people will be further trained to be as customer friendly and oriented as Ms. Brandy.

The front desk staff were excellent. I travel with my service dog, and they even had a spot in the room for with his own pillow.
