“We spent three nights at The Grey Gull. Even though this property has been there for years, it has been well maintained. Our ground level, end unit was spotless with a good amount of space for our family of two adults and two children. The kitchen was well stocked and the queen size beds were so comfy. “This beach unit was just as described. The location was excellent and very quiet. The unit is small, but fine for a few days and only 3 of us. There was good storage space and lots of light in the unit. Bring your eye mask though if you want to sleep in as there was alot of light in the morning too even with the drapes drawn. “The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. “This is a great little cottage that is close to the main section of Seabrook. It was truly a delight staying here and we hope to come back again. Very clean and quite functional, even for four guests (only it was just the two of us). The hot tub in the back is a great way to unwind from a day at the beach.
