“Sleeping rooms are ok but the property overall makes a worn, in some places very worn impression. In some places the paint is flaking off the walls. The yard is a wilderness with rubbish and cigarette buds galore - really disgusting. In terms of value for money this is by far the worst ranking place on this trip. We had much better for a quarter of the price. ”

A few issues - a broken toilet seat which would have been obvious to the cleaner before we came, so not sure how long it's been broken, a very wobbly broken tap in the bathroom too. No bin bags in the bins, and the bathroom bin had no insert so the rubbish would have just gone on the floor, so again cleaner issues presumably. “We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was brightly clean with brand new appliances and a shiny bathroom. The beds were all very comfortable, and the lounge had good chairs and sofa. I would suggest a little motion-detector light at the bottom and top of the stairs for those late night trips down to the bathroom. It's also important to understand that Brits and Americans use the word "dryer" to mean different things. We had a great stay and would certainly use this property again.”
