“Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Comfy beds, beautiful linens, plenty of thick towels, nice tiled bathroom. One of the nicest cottages we’ve ever rented. They even put up a little Xmas tree for us! ”

“We stayed at this property for a large group and it was an excellent property. Cazz and team were very accommodating and helped us with multiple enquiries and even unloading a large shop for us. The house itself has loads of fun activities and the location is amazing. Ideal for big celebrations and parties. Would highly recommend and would stay again! ”

“Nice secure spot up a lane away from the road so happy leaving mountain bikes overnight.Small but really nice layout with great shower and kitchenette area. Bed was too small in both directions (I'm 6ft tall) and sofa bed very uncomfortable for my son, so none of us slept very well.Nice garden and dog friendly.Would definitely book again but only if the bed situation is improved”

“A wonderful location for a last minute short break. The Barn was exactly what we needed and as described. We could happily sit and look at the Views and sunset from the garden / patio, whilst relaxing. Walking possible direct from the Barn and easy access to loads of places to visit across the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Great communication from host. “Absolutely loved our trip for valentines weekend, the place was lovely and staff super helpful and friendly. Room was clean, our only gripe that while the bed was comfy, the base of the bed had seen better days and was incredibly squeaky with the slightest movement. Not good for a valentines getaway, but rheres always got to be something. Informed the staff and they said they'd ask the cleaner to check it out. I would highly recommend Lamb and Flag for a stay, and at the time of this review.……
