“We brought a group of 12 teens for an event in Birmingham. It was great to have seperate floors for the girls and boys. They all said their beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (Walmart delivery available!) The neighborhood was great and a perfect distance from the event in Birmingham. The thermostat for AC and for heat both worked great (drastic weather change while we were there). We would love to stay here again. ”

No manual in the house with Wifi password or with instructions for the fireplaces. Downstairs shower curtain will not stay up. We think that they need nightlights on stairwell...difficult to navigate when it is darker. Floor fan in upstairs bedroom is broken. Need more body wash for guests who stay multiple nights.
