“Not only is this property close to the University of Alabama, but it is a wonderful place to stay. It is a ranch, so it was great for my mother-in-law's mobility issues. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. It proved to be an excellent choice for our family during my daughter's graduation. Close enough to be on campus in a short drive but far enough away from the traffic and stress that you can relax.”

“Very quite and gated condos. Very good location an Chance was good at returning any messages and helpful on any questions. I stayed here 1.5 months working nights and was very quiet to sleep in the daytime, which is hard to find at other places. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We brought a group of 12 teens for an event in Birmingham. It was great to have seperate floors for the girls and boys. They all said their beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our own meals (Walmart delivery available!) The neighborhood was great and a perfect distance from the event in Birmingham. The thermostat for AC and for heat both worked great (drastic weather change while we were there). We would love to stay here again. ”
