“Unforgettable stay in a fabulous, historic setting. We were celebrating a special birthday with friends and couldn’t have found a more perfect, relaxed setting in which to enjoy the occasion.The apartments and grounds provide ample space for a large party with a backdrop of the Tuscan countryside and view of the Appian Alps. The hosts are kind and considerate, and the meal we had catered by the staff was lovely. Every day was an adventure walking in nature, by lakes, forests, swimming or hanging……

Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alle Ausstattung vorhanden um zu kochen und sich selbst zu versorgen. Hat man dazu mal keine Lust, kann man in dem nur wenige Meter entfernten Restaurant lecker essen.Direkt am Haus beginnt der Wald mit einigen Rundwegen für Spaziergänge oder große Wanderungen. When you travel a long way (Canada and Norway) it’s great to be impressed and that we were! Everyone was kind and accommodating to us. It was a very personal experience. “Der Pool war sauber, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage liegt ruhig, die Auffahrt zur Ferienanlage war auch sehr herausfordernd. Hat aber Spaß gemacht. Nur mit Fahrzeugen zu empfehlen die einen hohen Radstand haben. Ein Jeep bzw. ein Geländewagen ist für diese Gegend optimal ”

“Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr schön. Die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.In der schönen Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht.Fahrtzeit nach Pisa 1 Stunde 45 Minuten und Florenz 1 Stunde 25 Minuten. Nachts die Serpentinen hoch ist ein kleines Abenteuer, da allerhand Wild unterwegs ist.”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus La Pozza. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern und hatten alle 4 Appartements des Anwesens für uns gebucht. Die gut ausgestatteten Wohnungen und das schöne weitläufige Gelände waren hervorragend für eine so große Gruppe. Wir könnten bequem gemeinsam kochen und essen oder den Großen Pool genießen und durch die einzelnen Appartements hatten wir zudem mehr Rückzugsorte. “A wonderful week in Franco's villa. Lovely location - we did the walk up to Montecarlo most days to sample some of the local restaurants and coffee shops - and an easy drive into Altopascio for food shopping. The villa was well laid out for a group of 13 of us ranging from 9 to 49 and pretty well equipped including pool inflatables and sun loungers for the lovely infinity pool. Franco was very helpful and hospitable. Only slight criticisms are that the aircon on the top floor is not really……
