“Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ). Simona is very helpful re local information and……

“The apartment was perfect for our spring trip with two families. We ended up spending most of our time in the large kitchen, cooking delicious Italian meals.The atmosphere and the view from the apartment is magical. The village itself is beautiful but very small and quite remote. A great place for quiet time with family and friends. We would gladly come back!”

“Eine ruhige Unterkunft, sehr nette Vermieterin, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Unternehmungen wie Spaziergänge in direkter Umgebung sind, gerade für ältere Menschen, nicht möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind nicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, man benötigt immer ein Fahrzeug.”

“We loved the great views from the house and the pool. The common area has a great sofa, the kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The week we went was a little rainy and cold and the house was a little cold for this weather. Everything else was nice.”

“Our extended family of 22, including an infant and two toddlers, stayed in this beautiful, well appointed villa in the hills above Lucca during the Christmas holiday. The villa was perfect for multiple couples / families as there were clusters of rooms with a common area located throughout the two story villa which allowed for privacy. “Our family of 6 LOVED this home. Annibale and his wife Cristina greeted us with a bottle of Italian wine, the keys and showed us around upon arrival. There is even a detailed binder of things to go to around the area. Great communication and he even made a reservation for us when we asked since we don’t speak good Italian. We were able to make great food and used the charcoal grill at the house. The kids loved the pool even during the colder weather. They loved to be outside and roam around……

“Das Haus ist perfekt für große Gruppen, die gerne gemeinsam kochen und essen aber dennoch eigene Zimmer bzw. Wohnungen haben möchten. Der Garten, Pool und der es Bereich hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. In dem Restaurant direkt unterhalb des Hauses kann man lecker essen gehen. ”
