“We were looking for great location to snowmobile out of Caribou and this property filled that bill. Groomed access trail to the system was well maintained. The cabin worked out very well. We had just 5 people but it can easily handle more. Very comfortable an well appointed, plenty of parking for big trailers, and great communication with the property manager. Thank you!”

We were snowmobiling and the clubs did an excellent job with minimal snow. Great riding over 90% of the time.”

“Nice house to stay in Very well equipped and nice location The motion sensor lights on the deck were a bit of a pain and could not be turned off. A lack of shades and or curtains down stairs was the other thing. But all in all a very comfortable place to stay ”

“The camp was quite dirty upon arrival owner left messages to use the right side French door due to them being very hard to open cobwebs all inside the camp bathroom toilet rocked when you sat on it and a clip was used to keep shower door closed ripped screens on some windows the boat dock was at least fifty yards out from the beach had to pull yourself or family out on flotation dock very ingenious however definitely a workout was not relayed that was how to use my boat upstairs was not little……
