This property is amazing! The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant was wonderful! The apartment was clean and the pool was lovely. I highly recommend this property for your visit to Accra!

Very clean, however somewhat disorganized. I had to wait for someone to come to reception to check me in, didn't like the wait and I had to ask twice before this happened. I booked a 1 bedroom and was given a 2 bedroom as. It was communicated without my apology or forewarning that I will be moved the following day - just stated to I would be moved the next day. Next day, no communication about the move as I arrived back from a tiring day, personnel wanted to move me straight away to which I refused until I was ready. The 2 bedroom stank of cigarette smoke. I was then moved but access from another block from the car park wasn't moved causing me to walk a long way to get to my new room. There is no clear check in or checkout process and if you have a visitor you are wondering how that process is to take place Staff were responsive but for a relaxing stay I doubt I'd return. But appreciated the cleanliness and room amenities including complimentary coffee.

I am so glad we stayed at The Gardens. I was traveling with a large group. The Gardens was perfect for us because it offered the ability to be together but to have space and independence in a central location. The apartments were immaculately kept and had everything we needed for an extended stay. If we did not have anything our onsite concierge, Oko, was very responsive day and night. He really went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The onsite restaurant was very convenient and the food was good. It was so nice to have that as an option on nights one or two of us did not feel like going out to dinner. Also, the pools were beautiful and a perfect amenity for chiller days and nights. But if you did want to go out The Gardens was a perfect starting out spot - just minutes from many of the most popular restaurants. I couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

This beautiful apartment was clean, spacious and a great value for the price. It was safe and modern. Because the property is an apartment, and not a typical "hotel" it lacked a fast check-in process, convenient room service, WiFi outside of the room, or other amenities one might expect. That being said, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The unit smells horrible. Smoke smell throughout. The unit is also dated. Plugs for phone, it lap top. You have to bring your own wall adapter. No utensils, no soap, no wash towels.

I had a fantastic stay at the Accra Luxury Apartment. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable, offering all the amenities I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. What truly made the experience exceptional was Betty—she was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always available to assist with anything I needed. Her warm hospitality and professionalism made me feel right at home.
