“Property is certainly not 3-4 star as advertised. A LOT of work is needed to get to that point especially in terms of bathrooms (there was mold in bathrooms, floors uneven, shower area was horrible) and cleanliness. Limited amenities. “The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible.”
