“The place was perfect for what we needed. We had a 12 year old with us so all the animals were a major draw card. the owner also provides lots of staples from use in the kitchen and allows you to gather eggs from the chickens and vegies from their vegie garden. The fire place was also a big drawcard. The pool was very inviting as well but the weather is just a bit too cold in July to warrant a dip. I would definitely stay here again. Things to be aware of - there is not a proper oven so don't……

“The forest cottage was comfortable, clean & really roomy quiet from traffic noise. Beds were large & comfy . We really liked that the kitchen pantry was stocked with sauces , papper towel glad wrap etc & a great range of coffee , tea, hot chocolate & the fridge with bottled water. Also we liked that we had undercover parking. Only thing we would of liked Evan though they were good quality is bigger bath towels ”

“I learned so much about Australian outback history. Brilliant tourist destination. No long queues. Everyone was friendly and merchandise was good value. The sheepdog trials were a highlight.”
