“Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen, das Haus, der Garten, die Lage, der Pool toll, das Objekt war eine Wohlfühloase, dem Vermieter ein Lob, alles vorhanden für einen schönen Urlaub, in dem kleinen Ort Radiconfani viele schöne Restaurants, Trattorias, zu empfehlen die Trattoria le Ginestre, da stimmt alles, das Essen, der Wein, die Trattoria selbst, der Wirt und sein Team mehr als hervorragend. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder(6 -10). Grandioser Urlaub, danke.”

We were able to buy fresh pasta from the market down the road so that was perfect. The host was fantastic with communication and made an excellent dinner recommendation which is literally next door. “This is a larger authentic Tuscan farmhouse with a lovely lush garden. The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! ”

“We were so fortunate to stay at this beautiful country home overlooking vineyards and farmland below. The home is impeccable, filled with antiques, dressed with lovely linens, and exudes a sense of history, love and care of this charming place. It was a short 10 minute drive to the town of Montepulciano and convenient to the main roads. “Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in questa magnifica residenza insieme a 10 amici. Il proprietario è stato da subito molto disponibile e veloce nelle comunicazioni. La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari in estate per provare la splendida piscina ”

“Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.”

This place was just what we needed, but our host was right there if we needed anything. Don't sleep on Orvieto either - the churches are beautiful, there's the amazing underground tours, and some of the best (while still being the cheapest?) food we had during our two week stop. ”

“The apartment is beautiful and bigger than it looks in the photographs. It was spotless and designed with obvious care and attention to detail. We were so comfortable on the beds and interior of the living space. The bathrooms were both bigger than any in the several other places we stayed during our Italy vacation.
