This initial setback left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced, especially considering the proactive steps I had taken to confirm the reservation beforehand. Despite my refusal of……

“Nice beach, confortable bed, lovely gardens food is great, however shower was broken and bed sheets didn’t smell clean. If these can be fix would be lovely. To reach property are not pretty surroundings once you even the hotel safety is not an issue ”

“The hotel staff were helpful, and my room was spacious and clean. Lots of hot water! The restaurant on the top floor provides a nice view of the Gulf of Guinea (except for 1 big building in the way). I've seen better breakfast buffets, but there is as much coffee as you want. Lunches and dinners were fine - pizzas were okay, the lasagna and penne arrabiata were better. The hotel if close to the beach, next to the Grand Marche, and close to the Government areas of Lome.”

“Ein großes Haus, es hat mir sehr gefallen, Restaurant ist ausreichend, man kann nicht eine üppige Menükarte schreiben, wenn wenig Gäste vorhanden sind, das kann ich verstehen, die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Auch Sprachschwierigkeiten bei englisch kein Problem, das frühstücks Buffett sehr gut für mich. Mir gefällt vor Allem das grüne Umfeld des Hotels, Pool und Park. Sehr gut, und ich sehe , es wird täglich gepflegt.”

“Venant de France, j'ai été très touchée par la gentillesse et l'accueil de tout le personnel et du gérant qui ont su prendre en compte mon arrivée et mon départ tardifs de l'hôtel. Je les en remercie. On m'avait prévenue sur la gentillesse des habitants du Togo : je confirme. La literie est au top et un problème de clim a été réglé dès qu'il a été signalé à l'accueil. A mon départ, des travaux de rénovation des façades de l’hôtel étaient entrepris.Bonne continuation à l'équipe et encore une……
