“We came to Birmingham for a hospital visit at UAB. The home was perfect, quiet, and just enough space for 4 adults and 1 infant. There were no pot holders for taking things out of the oven and there was a used washcloth handing on the shower from the previous guest, but it was overall a great stay. Definitely would consider this home again if it’s available! ”

It is located in an older neighborhood, which is rough around the edges.However, we felt safe and did not have any problems. We are veteran VRBO users and researched the property thoroughly & read the reviews. The only con is that the property is described & filtered as a 2-bath house but really is a bath & a half. “We rented this home knowing Tuscaloosa was going to be crazy busy and expensive. We definitely made the correct decision. The home is the nicest and cleanest home we have ever rented through VRBO. The pics are accurate and the home is actually larger than I thought it would be. It is nice to have two living areas and I really liked the upstairs being a separate living area. The location is great and is in an upscale part of town. The closes Piggly Wiggly is also in an upscale part of……

“We were literally 3 blocks from UAB campus. Walked to Dreamland one night for dinner. Ate at the Indian food truck right behind the property another night. 5 minutes from UAB hospital. Highly recommend!!”
