Cottage - private beach, tubing, waterskiing \ wakeboarding lessons, fishingboat

PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING ME OR BOOKING. I only recently posted this so I'm still trying to figure out the calendar and rates.

Rate posted is for one cottage only - 3 bedrooms: queen, queen and double beds plus a double futon in the living room. Sleeps 8 Cottage is 19' x 40' feet including screened in porch. Second cottage available for additional fee with 2 bedrooms, double and double. If you only rent one cottage I will be the only other person on the property as I live in the other cottage.

Almost everything you could want in a cottage. You have total access to the entire property. Private sandy beach, firepit, dock, deck, 12 foot trampoline, 75 inch 4K TV.. Great lake for fishing. Paddle board, paddle boat and fishing boat \ motor and fishing gear available at no charge but you pay for your own gas. 2 day minimum. High speed boat rides or cruises and tubing for a fee. Waterskiing and wakeboarding rides and lessons from an experienced teacher for an additional fee. Parties are OK within reason and if cleared with me in advance. Pets welcome but you have to clean up after them. 420 friendly.

You may be able to check in as early as noon if I don't have guests leaving that day but let me know your eta because I am not always on site. On checkout day you are welcome to stay on the property until the next renter arrives (usually between 4 and 7 p.m.) as long as you vacate the actual cottage by 11 a.m.

If you cancel after booking and I am able to re-rent the cottage, your deposit will be refunded based on the amount of the re-rental and a cancellation fee of $100. Otherwise deposit is non-refundable.
