“The photos and descriptions of the charming apartment are very accurate. The floor to ceiling windows lookout over a beautiful park and the apartment is very spacious. It’s a good location for walking the city to historical sites and restaurants and shopping. The host ombretta is a charming woman who has lived there all her life and made us feel very welcome. She made the whole visit special. ”

“The apartment was clean located in a safe area and 15 minutes walk to the city center. Other than that: there was no W-Fi, not enough light in the kitchen area, the bathroom was incredible small, hardly one can seat on the toilet, the shower box was very small and extremely slippery. Nobody waited for us, we took the keys from their office in another part of the town. No map of the city, no instructions, practically nothing: just pay and leave the keys in the apartment and close the door. If……

“Staying at Corte Stellata was wonderful. Emanuela, Gabrielle and Sophia were welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean and restful. It’s close proximity to Ferrara made it easy to see the historical highlights there, while it’s location in a rural village lent an authentic feel to our visit. Walking on the rural roads and dike along the Po was safe and easy. A lovely retreat!”
