We have stayed in a few HRH and this one was great in some aspects and poor in others. Though there were several pools, none of them catered to our needs. We were a family of 3 adults and 1 teenager. My daughter was 16 and therefore we could not use the adult pool as we would have to leave daughter on her own. We used the other pools which were big, but not deep or suitable for swimming lengths. The pools were suitable for families with little kids, toddlers and for those who enjoyed pool games. Secondly, the movies available to watch in room was of minimal choice. They were not free but cost 7euros per film for 24hours. There were several connection issues with one particular film that we selected and we had to ring reception several times to sort it out. In the end we gave up and viewed other films from the limited selection. The freeview channels only consisted of BBC and ITV and although it was half term no movies were streamed on any of those channels which we found very strange. There was no Netflix, HBO or any such channels which offered movies. Overall I think the rooms were fantastic and breakfast was superb. Staff were mostly excellent except those at the pool area who could have been more gracious in their manner when telling us about the cordoned area being exclusive. We were not aware and as guests, we expected unselfish courtesy and not avarice. We dined in Mexican. Small portions here. Japanese restaurant was being restored but they still took bookings!

Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay!

We stayed on a B & B basis, The breakfast choice was amazing & probably the best I have ever seen, the bedrooms were spacious and clean, staff very friendly, Only thing I would say is, fresh water in the rooms daily would be good. Had a lovely stay would definitely return and recommend

The cleaning was perfect, the cleaning lady, cleaned the room, when we leaved the room, for breakfast. Nice to come back to a cleaned room. Breakfast was fine alot of choices. Pool's is fine, but loude music in the 18 year above pool. But there is two ekstra to choose. Has a nice stay

The hotel and staff are great however I booked this hotel and was promised a room upgrade on arrival , I also chose to spend an extra £500 on the all inclusive upgrade for 3 nights thinking I’d get something special , we waited on average 20 minutes every time we ordered a drink and the all inclusive dining was a very basic set menu in two of the 6 restaurants, being the most basic two items on the menu . I felt like the poorest person in the room . When we arrived and I asked about the promised room upgrade I was told there was nothing available, but I went back later and was told if I paid extra I could upgrade . Overall this experience completely ruined my trip and turned it into a over priced disaster

The hotel was fantastic, tge staff were all lovely and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. The music round the pool was fab and varied. The evening entertainment was again fabulous. Our room - platinym double was spacious modern and well furnished. We only had breakfast but that had a great selection and delicious. The 16th rooftop bar was lovely too amazing sunset. The only negative i have is the price of the drinks.

Espectacular hotel temático perfecto para cualquier amante de la música que esté buscando un increíble Resort para descansar y disfrutar. Nosotros fuimos en familia y reservamos 3 habitaciones. El personal se enteró que era el Cumpleaños de mi suegro y tuvieron un montón de detalles con él y le han creado grandes recuerdos. Tienen empleados fuera de serie y mejoran mucho la experiencia!! Mil gracias a esa banda que forman todos!!! Íbamos con 3 niños de 9,10 y 11 años que disfrutaron de lo lindo. Nos dieron varias lecciones a los adultos de cómo exprimir todo el jugo que este hotel ofrece. El buffet de desayunos es muy completo y variado, distribuido en varias islas para dar servicio a todos los huéspedes (que pueden ser muchos por lo que se recomienda madrugar un poco) Los atardeceres en el 16th son un MUST y la experiencia es una pasada. Unos días con DJ, otros con algo de música en vivo… Increíble para antes de prepararse e ir a cenar con el horario de invierno. Estamos pendiente de las fechas de los eventos “Childrens of the 80’s” para repetir nuestra estancia Gracias por crear tantas y tan buenas memorias.

We had problems with room cleaning, one day not cleaned, next day no towels, then some towel missing. It was our 30 Anniversary and we booked in the Steak restaurant, I asked if they could make this special for my wife but nothing was done not even recognition that it was our Anniversary. A bit disappointed.

Really enjoyed our time at the hard rock, the pool and facilities were fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, a couple of criticisms would be the price for food and drink, drinks are extremely expensive with cocktails being around 12-13 euros each, having a walk around the local area you will find much bars with much cheaper prices, one other criticism would be the breakfast, each time we ate the food was cold, overall had a great time and would return

Elegant and child friendly hotel in a beautiful location with plenty of good restaurants around. Rather than providing guests with a key or access card to their rooms, they give everyone a wristband that had to be worn for the whole stay. It would be great if they offered an alternative for those who get annoyed by having something at their wrist even overnight. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
