“We had a lovely stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club. I had a one bedroom apartment and my friends stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well-equipped. There was a proper kitchen, a seating area, a terrace (I didn’t use this as it looked out onto a road), a bedroom with a comfortable bed and good storage, and a large bathroom. “I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport. “We had a really nice stay at Sol Sun Beach. Nice hotel, great apartment, friendly staff and very good location. The breakfast buffet was good The only down sides were, the Wi-Fi was weak or non existent in most spots so make sure you have plenty data. The fridge was old and our wee cockroach friend made a dash under the pull-out sofa bed in the lounge - glad we werent using it. We paid for a pool view and it was lovely however no access to pool from room, we had to exit at back of room and walk……

“The property is up quite a steep hill but it was easy to walk down to San Eugenio and a taxi back up was only about 5 euros. A beautiful complex. Mainly residential so not a lot of noise. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The host, Mike was very helpful although I never actually got to meet him. There is a folder in the apartment giving lots of valuable informatio. I really found this very helpful Overall,we had a great 2weeks……
