“I didn't stay. When I arrived at the hotel, at 11:00 pm, they had no clean rooms available and told me that it would be at least 40 minutes to have one cleaned. I attempted to cancel the reservation through Hotels.com, but they said I had to do it at the hotel, which cost me additional time. The hotel said they wouldn't charge me. Still waiting to see if they tried.”

“Rude customer service. Tv was messed up and called front desk, he said to watch the 2 channels or nothing. Channels were partial porn and QVC. He refused th o come check it out or replace tv. Room wasn't great, partial clean, noisy, bed hard. Sheets keep coming off bed cause bottom sheet was a flat sheet. Won't stay there again.”

“Really liked this distinguished older home with a fenced backyard. Very clean, nice bed linens etc. and nice kitchen. The large original doors in the hallway had been reset as sliding barn doors and they don’t latch or stay fully shut (my dog kept nudging my cousin’s door open and the bathroom door to visit us (yes he’s a Velcro dog). We didnt need to open windows, but if we’d wanted to, or worse, needed to in emergency, we couldn’t have because they’re caulked shut. That should be corrected.……
