“This is a beautiful hotel. However, were disappointed to learn the pool was closed due to construction. We had planned to spend the afternoon relaxing and getting some sun. We learned that evening from the customer service texting service we could have used the pool at their hotel next door. I felt the front desk service should have offered this to us at the time they told us the pool was closed. “Had a great stay with family with young kids and a dog. Lofts are on the second floor with no elevator. They are above shops and restaurants with outdoor eating areas around. Out particular loft was at the front of the building so all of the light from the businesses made one of bedrooms rather bright at night. Black out shades would be great. Would stay again! ”
