"Location is great. Close to beach and 10 mins to Westfield. However room floor is filthy and sticky. Have to make our own bunk beds. Stove is outdated. No heater nor aircon in the room. Poor cleaning
"We are so disappointed of this Hotel, I stay at this hotel for five night but only three days have cleaning and two night are missing ! From the first day haven’t cleaned, I have already go down to reception to complain and strongly request the cleaning requirement. but end up it happen again!"
