“We wanted to stay in a place that allowed us to travel to other towns and states. It was a pleasure to return each day or two depending on far we travelled - we did a 2 day stay in Montreal. It was private and provided all the feelings of being a home away from home. ”

“I was greeted at the front door by the owner with my room key and an offer to carry my bag upstairs. The Inn is so charming and has so much of its original features intact. My room was very large and decorated with a combination of antiques and country themed modern pieces. The bathroom had the original floor with new fixtures. There wasn't a TV, microwave or mini fridge in the room but that was disclosed prior to booking. There was a air conditioner and a ceiling fan. There is a rather steep……

“It was close to Ft Ticonderoga, so great location. The bedroom and bathroom were new and very nice. The living room hadn't been updated yet and was dreary. The dining room menu options were not good. The wait staff was excellent. ”

“Good value and comfortable. The staff was great. They do lack a few amenities (like shampoo, tissues and hair dryer). But the stay was fine.”

“The location is beautiful - a long frontage on Lake George. The condition of the property is, literally, pristine. I am not sure how it manages to be so perfectly maintained and still look like a traditional lake resort. We could not have been more pleased.”
