“This hotel and the way we were treated was very upsetting. When we arrived at the hotel they did not know we were checking in (despite me showing the confirmation email and that I had booked weeks before the check in date). They had to call someone before they gave us a room. When they did give us a room it had very limited electricity, no working AC or fan, and worst of all NO WATER. We asked them what was going on and they told us it was an issue with the pump that night and we could use……
