“Great place for an overnight stop on I80 ”

“The location is amazing, as is the host. The downside is how outdated and under maintained the house is. The site says infers it is recently updated but that’s just a new floor (poor quality) and new countertops. The screen doors on the sliding door are broke, huge cobwebs in the top of the ceiling, the basement screen door is held closed with a rock, the laundry is creepy, etc. The trees are overgrown, and no drapes for privacy in the second property. Worst of all is if you flush the primary……

“On our way from Michigan to NYC so this was a great stopping off half way location. Would like to spend more time there and in the town. Would return. ”

“Stayed here for the Holiday visiting family. Was great location with the ability to bring our dog with us. Apartment had everything that we needed. Very clean and great common area for people visiting. ”

“The Choo Choo Blue was a charming place to stay! Very clean and the host had some snacks and coffees there for us. There's a lot to do right there at Doolittle Station. Although we had a rainy weekend, so we didn't get to mini golf. The local movie theater was just a short drive away. Aegis Coffee shop was great, as well as the creamery and Railcar Pizza. There is a building near the train car that can be rented out for special events, which was in use the Friday night we were there. We had to……

“What a fun little getaway! Nothing crazy just simple and relaxing way to enjoy a night or weekend with your family or partner. We loved it and will stay there again!”

“I loved staying here. The room was stunning, and being in a railway car was just so unique. I don't quite know where else you can wake up and look out your bathroom window and see a Brontosaurus. Also, the hosts were very kind. I'm nots ure when we will back up that way but we're for sure staying at Doolittle Station when we do.”
