We were upgraded to a large standalone apartment in Santorini Mansion, from an original booking of two separate double rooms in Merovigliosso Apartments (we were shown the rooms in MA and it looked just as clean and comfortable). Downside - different from the description on the website, parking is quite a long way from the hotel. All catamarans etc come into this bay for the sunset and we were able to watch it from the privacy of our own terrace.
