Centrally located holiday home in Store Rise, between Aerosköbing and Marstal, on the beautiful island of Ærø.

With 123 sqm of living space and 1900 sqm of land. With view to Germany.

Three bedrooms with plenty of storage space in the built-in wardrobes, a kitchen, with a bright separate dining room, living room, play or reading corner and light-filled conservatory.

Kitchen equipped with new appliances, such as microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster etc.

The garden offers plenty of space for games and a cozy get-together. There are also apple trees, pears, plums and a mulberry tree inviting you to have a snack.

About 100 meters from the house is the bus stop. Bus ride is free on the island.

Shops are in Aeroe (Netto) or in Marstal (Super Brugsen), also open on Sundays.

Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und flexibel. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen, die Landschaft um das Haus ist sehr schön und beruhigend. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
