“Friendly staff and very clean hotel and casino. The deli had tremendous options and was very good. The slots were allowing you to play through the night which is great and managed to come away with cash in my pocket. One down side, it says refrigerator available upon request. However, none were to be found. Made due with ice and a bucket. ”

“I arrived at the hotel at 2:35p and the front desk staff wouldn’t let us check in? I explained I made my reservations several months ago and we are staying 2 nights! Are you saying my rooms isn’t ready? Oh your room is ready but you have to wait until 3p sharp. Very poor customer experience ”

“Very pretty and well-manicured hotel and grounds. Beautiful golf course/lakeside setting with large pool and "hot" hot tub, plus indoor pool. We were a bit off-season (mid May) and dining options were limited; several were closed. The golf courses are stunning.”

“my family and i were passing thru and needed to stop for the night. i got 2 rooms. the room i was in was extremely stink. it smelled of stale smoke. the sheets and pillows were the same stink. there were dead flies along the floor beginning from the entrance leading in to the room. there were also live flies buzzing around the room. we had to leave the door open a bit to get some fresh air and let some flies out. it was well after 1am when we pulled in and was extremely exhausted. i did not……
