“Very well kept, high standard cleanliness, impeacable warm staff from the first moment we arrived until our departure. All inclusive buffet had a very good variety of choices, well presented and tasteful. The a la carte was good yet buffet was a winner for us. Rooms very clean, decent space for storage. “I was looking at the flight options to extend my stay because I loved it that much!! Everything was wonderful, I'm so glad I paid for an upgrade to the Junior Suite, the view was priceless. The staff were all so kind and friendly, genuine desire to talk to you and help in anyway they could. The room was fabulous! And coffee and croissant for breakfast was perfect - again a lovely staff member. I'm already planning my trip back....maybe I'll get to the airport and turn around and come right……

“10 day stay in a Superior Panorama Bungalow in Sept2025 was truly a 5-star experience. Friendly staff, beautifully clean and well appointment rooms and facilities. Breakfast buffet was magnificent although it could be a bit busy for late risers. Dinner at the poolside restaurant was very good but we preferred the more intimate Avalle Bistro option. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.”
