“I arrived during a very cold afternoon and was greeted by a warm house with beautiful views. The lovely home was absolutely clean and a peaceful place. There were extra blankets provided for the extraordinarily cold days and nights. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and so lovely. I wish I could live here full time. “The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again.
