They were in constant communication from the time of booking until check out. The property is in a secure location and has 24/7 security. My room had a full self-contained bath in the master bedroom and a half bath in the living space. It had a small kitchen and a dining area. “The best think is was the price. Other than that this is a dive. toilet doesnt work and there is not water pressure in the pipes. The TV had more than 1 channel though, but that;s about it.”
