The guest villa is located in a private gated estate just outside Istron, and the property is perched at the top of the estate, with total privacy and a bird's eye view of the whole of Mirabello bay across to Agios Nikolaous. In fact you wake in the morning and can see the view from the bed!

The setting is so romantic and spectacular, most people don't want to go anywhere else! However, there is plenty to see and do if you do wish to venture out. There is a main villa which sleeps 5, but this will not be occupied when the guest apartment is rented out. There is parking for one car.
