“the stay started with a bit of a problem because facility had issues with amenities and condition. Majority of our family members got either mosquito bites or bed bugs bite all over including me. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to make us comfortable under those conditions. “Staff are so nice and helpful. As i lost the key for my suitcase and need help to break the lock. staff bring the tools for cut it for me. appreciate! And we left something in the saftey box and we left the island already. We called the hotel for help doing the courier services to our next hotel. Problem solved and really help us a lot during the trip. The hotel provide free shuttle to and from the port or airport. not too far from the town in 10mins drive and they provide free shuttle……
