“I love when property owners understand it is more than just the basics like having a clean place and comfortable bed (which they more than delivered), the additional attention to detail is what will make this a place you will return to if visiting the West Glacier area. The adorable western town theme, decor in the unit, everything you need to stay comfortably. And the owners are super cool too. We will definitely return.”

“Beautiful condo type room with balcony right outside of chair 1. The biggest regret is not getting there sooner. Staff were super nice and very friendly. Only complaint was that there were a few hair ls found here and there, but its almost to be expected in a high tirnover area. ”

"Everyone, beware! This hotel is a scam. I booked a room for three of us through Expedia. When we arrived at around 9:00 pM, the front desk clerk rudely told me they only had rooms for two and I needed to book another room. I had already paid on the website. My phone had no signal, and when I tried to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi, it wasn't working, so I couldn't prove I'd paid. I paid about $134, but the hotel only said I paid about $73 and needed to book another room. They asked for more money. After about five minutes of talking, they angrily said they were closed and kicked me out. I later contacted Expedia and emailed the hotel, but they didn't respond. They also didn't answer my phone calls. The last time they answered, they said I was already checked in. This was my first time encountering a scam hotel in the US. Be careful when booking with this hotel, and check other people's reviews online.MOTEL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY！！！！"
