“This was a magical place and definitely worth a visit. After visiting Palermo this was the peaceful retreat we were looking for. Our host was absolutely wonderful - he greeted us outside, brought our luggage up to the room and promptly offered us cappuccinos with fresh home-made cookies that he then brought up to our room and set it up on the balcony so we could enjoy the views. He provided tour guides/maps and recommended local restaurants and even called to make a last minute reservation for……

“The only good thing about this hotel was its position. Also not expensive.Hard to find - set back off the road and not signed well. Limited parking in front - lucky we were early!The girl who checked us in had no English at all.We were unable to open our door, very complicated lock. Bed was two singles pushed together. Only one bed lamp. Bathroom terrible - light did not work, shower head broken - had to hold it in one hand.Floors were putrid! My husband always walks around in bare feet and they……

“This flat is exactly what we needed. It is very close to the Valley of the Temples. We walked there the first day. We also walked to city center (which is up hill!). There’s a supermarket next door and restaurants within walking distance. Francesco is very nice, and gave us good advice about the area. Should we return to the area, we would stay here again. ”

“Freundliche Begrüßung bei Ankunft in der Unterkunft. Die Katzen sind eine Bereicherung. Es ist ein kleines Paradies und nahe Agrigent. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Frühstück war hinreichend. Etwas unklar war die Regelung wann etwas bar und mit Karte gezahlt werden konnte. Dinner war lecker. Schön wäre es Preise dafür im Voraus zu wissen. Sanitäranlagen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. ”
