There was a problem with my booking and they had double booked, but they sorted the situation out professionally and got me a bigger nicer unit in the same building. So while I can't review the apt I had booked, the loft upstairs was really really nice, and you can book knowing that they will take care of you even if a mistake happens!The one thing to note is this is one of the properties where they have a camera and count every single……
