“I am not sure how this place got so many good ratings, I was lucky to find a day in advance before traveling they confirmed there was no communication from hotels.com about my booking, I readily took help of Susan and it got confirmed, was just wondering what would have happened I had landed found no booking there, but to my surprise the next day a lady was yelling at the top of her voice as she did not find her online booking there, this hotel is very noicy and has social events all the time ,……

“Great service and nice rooms”

“酒店对面有个小商场，药店之类的，还比较方便。周边环境比较乱，但离高速路很近，交通便利。房间干净整洁，服务还不错。就是没有区分吸烟和无烟房，做无烟处理效果不好，房间窗户又不能开，有点郁闷。”

“We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists.”

“totally misrepresented on the website. photos from years ago lead one to believe. it's a functioning hotel. paid a ridiculous amount to fund the upcoming renovation. i would expect a refund. highlights: dirty carpet in room, horrible unhygienic repair work in shower, dank and uncared for. reception is a mess, public area look like a doss house. walls peeling... breakfast was meagre and tasteless the WiFi worked, amazing”
