“This is the old Shopkeeper building and contains 3 or 4 additional apartments. Cleanliness was an issue with a filthy front window and numerous cobwebs around the ceiling. The location was ideal. Very close to a several restaurants, 11th Ave Caffe, open 7 days at 7am.”

“This is a very unique space that overall inside was comfortable, clean and owner was very responsive to all messages. The shower takes a little scheduling if you go with more than yourself or you and your significant other as while it is very large there is no curtain or door, and a half wall is only thing that separates you from the other bed. This is a very open layout with two beds and one two seat couch which was so comfortable I fell asleep in on our second night. Will rent again in the……

“The property was well kept inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped with numerous culinary utensils. I wish that I would have had time to cook. The beds, to me, were luxuriosly comfortable with lots of plump pillows. I had a great nights rest four nights in a row. I felt safe in this quiet neighborhood. I highly reccomend a stay here if you are visiting Yakima. The beds”
