“Stay was overall GREAT! A few issues, poor communication leading up to the rental, emails went unanswered for weeks…check in was easy…showering in the back bedroom is challenging as water gets everywhere there is no enclosure of any sort. The toilet seat in the back bathroom was broken and the toilet in another bedroom was shooting water out the back. The coffee maker is extremely little and several pots need to be made for a larger group, we had 6 people staying. The door buzzer stopped working……

“The apart is well located in a lovely quartier. It is spacious and very clean. The owners are very helpful and approachable. Unfortunately a lot of noise and the garbage containers right in front are being filled and emptied the whole night”

“Appartement très lumineux et très bien placé, à deux pas de la plage, avec une vue magnifique sur la plage qui permettait aux enfants de surveiller si la marée était haute ou basse !L’appartement est aussi à deux pas de la Fnac, du parling et du Supermercado, entouré de cafés et de restaurants… et enfin, la vieille ville est aussi toute proche. Literie confortable, une salle de bain par chambres, une grande télé, c’était tout confort. On recommande !”

“Had a great time at the property. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping. The metro stations were very close giving us access to everywhere we wanted to go. The only issue we had was a bit of a smell from the dishwasher, but we weren’t doing dishes because we were eating at the local restaurants. Can’t blame the management for the minor smell all in all I would stay there again.”

“We spent five days in this San Sebastián apartment. The location and balconies are great. Although the photos are mostly accurate, the apartment is not as luxurious. spacious or fresh as it looks. We are not picky tenants, but needed to report a problem with odor from a previous tenant, an unreliable toilet, and some recurring insects on floor of one of the bedrooms. Host was responsive but these are problems that need more attention. ”

“3 nights which gave time to explore the area. Unai was very helpful with information and also booking a taxi to airport. Top floor unit so the lift was great. No view to outside, but the windows opened to internal light well so good natural light & fresh air. ”
