“It’s really too small for 4 adults. I could not even stretch my legs because the sleeping area is too short. I’m only 165cm tall. I’ve found a cabbage which the previous tenants left in the fridge so I think they didn’t clean up thoroughly. However the manager and the owner responded quickly and try very hard to fix the problem. I would appreciate that. They have prepared abundant of good quality skin care and supplies for tenants. Awesome. Free parking is great. ”

“If you know the way, the hotel is connected with the underground walkway, unimall - particularly convenient in the rainy days and cold days. I walked on the ground floor as it's very late for me to arrive at Nagoya - it's a bit difficult to find it. The room is cosy and tidy with a nice city view seeing the light-up Nagoya Castle at night. The onsen bath is a bit small - it can accommodate around 4-5 persons. Overall it's a nice and valued option to stay at Nagoya.”
