“This trip was a Christmas gift to our children and their families. We are a large group (20) and need lots of room and lots of bathrooms. When I saw this on VRBO I felt that it would meet our needs. However, the description and photos could not explain how breathtaking this home is, inside and out. From the views of the river, the sunsets, the village across the way, the home's furnishings, the comfortable beds, the large suites (so nice for the couples with young children), the sauna and hot……

“Wonderful stay with Jess and her family. They were friendly and helpful. Their backyard is my dream.... Pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, beautiful flowers and greenery. We used the fire pit and hot tub (wonderful and clean). The cartage house was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and everything you need, even condiments in fridge (and coffee!!). We slept well. We definitely recommend this spot to others and will be returning when able!!”

“My wife has been dying to sleep in the shoe for 30 years. She nearly died when she discovered her birthday surprise of a weekend in the shoe house. We had so much fun doing shoe themed activities and eating foot/shoe themed things. I think it's so much fun to be able to say we slept in a shoe. We had an absolute blast!”
