“Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner……

“Non of the staff spoke any English. The room was clean but the AC temperature wasn’t adjustable. The options were off or 16C. The hotel is located in the center of the city so you can find everything you need on foot. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. ”

“The hotel is nice enough, and the owners are very friendly. However, the dinner is overpriced though delicious and fresh, and the owners will try to sell carpets and other souvenirs.”

“Ce séjour a été superbe. Accueil chaleureux et convivial. La gentillesse de Mimoune est inqualifiable tellement il a bon coeur. Je recommande fortement ce Riad qui est à prix imbattable dans le secteur. Facile d’accès par la route ( a 30 mètres puis 20 mètres à la première impasse à droite). Proche de la Médina et tous les commerces de proximité, tout est à porté de main. Si c’est à refaire je reviens là sans aucun problème. Mille mercis pour tout”
