Our air conditioning didn’t work in our room, and when we finally figured out that it wasn’t “user error “ we went to the front desk. They were not as helpful as we had hoped. Finally, the last night they moved us to a jr suite, but it really was too little, too late. I think they should have done much more given the prices charged. The property was lovely. They also add a 5 euro gratuity to each order and that was not explained beforehand.
