“I did not fulfill my stay at the accommodation. I drove from DBN as a single mum with 2 X 6 year olds. Arrived at 2:30pm. Room not available. 3:30 room was ready. The unit had an awful smell. No communication from staff. Toilet dirty. It was not livable. The Aircon did not work. Fridge and microwave was smelly. I booked another accommodation for the night in the area. “Property is not well taken care of. Room that we received was deteriorated and had to ask to be moved to a better room, which also was not the best. Service was very average. No effort was made to make sure the guests are comfortable. The only person that stood out for the better was the chef. Overall my family and I didn't enjoy the stay at all.
