Property management was very responsive. Cons. 1. Very small. If two people stay here they should be married or in a relationship as there is very little room or privacy. 2. The interior feels like that of a camper trailer. 3. There is a washing machine but to dry your clothes you’ll need to hang them in the shower to dry. The……

“Nice spacious modern room with comfortable beds, kitchen, large island, and roomy bathroom containing two sinks and laundry in the heart of Shibuya. Location was fantastic--only minutes from Shibuya crossing and station. We very much appreciated the wonderful customer service both at check-in (personless) and in changing our reservation. The only negative was the shower is quite tiny but was made up by the large, well-lit bathroom. ”

“Perfect place to stay if you like to spend time in Shinjuku. Convenience store, drug store, place to eat and station to transport, everything you want to do is close to this place. Room was also clean and comfortable to stay. A little bit chill inside because it's December, but we should realize that we need to wear up to warm ourselves in Japan since central heating is not common.”

“Pros:Convenient location to the nearest station. The room/kitchen was very clean. Quiet neighborhood with nearby supermarkets & local restaurants. Con’s: Forgot there’s no elevators. We had 4 heavy suitcases to haul up and down to the 4th floor however, it was a nice corner location . Great for long stays. ”
