“The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the ground floor which was ok, nothing amazing however it was sufficient and was reasonably maintained. These looked a bit dated and can do with a refurb. I’d certainly stay however not sure I’d stay in this specific……

“Everything was 5 star but some of the staff at reception were sullen. In reception I had a plastic bottle I needed to dispose of. I saw a member of reception and asked her to take it. She told me dismissively to go to the bin in the restroom. So although everyone was lovely especially Emma in the dining room, 2 of your employees spoilt the score.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property in April 2025. The apartment was clean and spacious with clear separated living areas. The complex the apartment was in was clean and well maintained. We had an oven we weren’t expecting which was useful. There was plenty of parking on site and we never struggled to find a place to park. You’re about a 15 minute walk into the harbour area, not far from the mall or old town. Overall it’s a good location and the roads were quiet when we were……

“The food was delicious and the choice was extensive. The staff were efficient, professional and friendly. A special mention to Rositea who is the lovely waitress in the buffet area and looked after us very well. We enjoyed most of the entertainment and our Grandchildren loved the kids club. We stayed in a two room suite overlooking the main pool area. First impressions were of a stylish and spacious accommodation.
