"I loved staying here in Aktau. The staff was so kind and the room was beautiful. Looking out at the sunset over the Caspian Sea on the balcony was one of the highlights of my trip. Odd checkout process.

"The hotel is new but service is odd. At the checkout- I was in the rush on my way to airport, the reception desk refused to return my security deposit - asking me to show a receipt from transaction (which I could not find).
