We were looking for a relaxed resort, with a great beach, lush greenery, access to good food and drinks, and that's exactly what we got, plus more!! As an Expedia guest, we were welcomed by Juan (his job is solely to make sure Expedia guests have a great experience). The lobby and grounds are beautiful. Our room was clean, could use a few touch ups from their recent construction. Food was great. Made dinner reservations on the app (heard they book up fast), which was a bit clunky, recommend having the numerous concierges set up your reservations for you. We had some questions on reservations one evening, and Eduardo (F&B Manager) took care of us, immediately. He remembered us 2 nights later, walked with us a bit and made sure we were happy! We also had Juan (Expedia guy) stop in at our dinner on the 2nd night, to do a 48 hour check in, WOW!!! I've never had that personalized follow up before. We enjoyed the beach, pools, bars, caught a show, and I utilized my Free Spa time, and discounted massage you get booking through Expedia. As we checked out, we met Eric (another dedicated Expedia guy!) he sat down and chatted with us, and made sure we had a terrific time. Incredible customer service Eduardo, Juan, Eric, and many others. The resort, service and people were amazing, we were very pleased with our time at Grand Sirenis. We plan on going back again very soon with friends and family!
