“This hotel was 10/10 so much so that I overslept and missed my whale watching tour, mostly because these people thought of everything, during the summer the sun sets close to midnight and rises at 3-4am so Iceland doesn’t really get dark but this room had two layers of black out curtains that you can get 100% darkness in the room with premium quality fixtures. “Staying in a pod was such a unique experience. Pod walls are not soundproof, but cozy and have a TV for an ultimate movie watching experience. The full kitchen was super convenient and common areas and bathrooms were kept very clean. Parking in P1 and P2 is paid during the day and free past 4pm, which we only found out when we got there, but overnight parking was painless since P1 is super close to the hostel. ”

“Overall it was a good, cheap stay for a night. It's not very far from all the restaurants and bars, but it is also at the top of a fairly large hill. The facilities were nice enough. Though the tv in my room was flickering. I'd recommend if you just need a place to stay for a night or two. ”
