“Compared to most dangerous locations, this location is kid of discreet. Extremely expensive but most of the time peaceful. With little to no criminals, sex offenders terrorist fugitives on the run, or juvenile delinquency of underage fugitives. “The good stuff - the host met us as we arrived; focused on the beauty so we did not see the bad parts til later (our fault); amazing balcony view of the Mediterranean and footpath to the water; floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean; family-friendly beach nearby where umbrellas and chairs could be rented The bad - multiple windows were cracked, broken furniture legs, countertops dusty and greasy, clean but stained linens, no toilet paper provided. “The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. ”

“Staying here was a pleasure. Mohamed was a very hospitable host and very accommodating to our needs. The place was very clean, very spacious, and easily accessible to everything around. The Wifi worked, air conditioners worked, and washrooms were spotless. There is a washing machine in the washroom to wash your clothes if needed. Two bedrooms as specified in the description, one with one large bed and the other with two single beds. All very clean and comfortable. I cannot stress enough how nice……

"The hotel's concierge and B2 catering waiters are nice and enthusiastic. But there are some strange situations: 1. For example, when you check in, they will explain in detail the situation of the mini bar, and you will be charged for it. But when I entered the room, I checked the mini bar first and found it was empty? Then I raised this issue with the front desk, and the front desk also expressed doubts as to why it was empty. My question is if I don't raise this issue, will they think we took everything away when we leave and charge us for it? 2. The massage service in L2. I went to L2 around 19:30 on the first night and found no one. I asked the front desk on the 1F and they said they would let L2 contact me, but no one contacted me. The next day around 19:00, I went to the front desk again to ask if no one contacted me yesterday, can I arrange it today? The front desk said that the people in this department had already left work... Until today when I left the hotel, it was still not arranged. Is this also part of the hotel's income? Why does no one care about this business? I have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world, and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation."
