“This is a beautifully decorated hotel with stunning spacious rooms and bathrooms which are very luxurious. The beds are super comfortable and provide a fantastic nights sleep. The hotel is very close to a large mall so there are plenty of dining options but other places are also not very far away with a taxi. The beach and pool area is very nice However the service was a let down. We stayed over the Easter holidays and the hotel was clearly at full capacity but the staff could not cope.……

“Our stay was interesting. We initially spent most of the stay trying to find a suitable rooms as the staff hadn’t made any arrange arrangements or acknowledgement to rectify several issues. It wasn’t until a formal complaint was submitted that a duty manager upgraded us which was a recommendation made by us. All in all not the stay we expected ”

“Upon our arrival at Hilton The Pearl, we encountered a minor hiccup as we were initially given a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking one. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly changed our room, setting a positive tone for our stay. The rest of our experience was nothing short of wonderful. “We had a lovely stay at the St Regis. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with a sense of calmness around the place. All the hotel staff were brilliant; helpful and friendly. The suite was well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, again the staff were helpful and always on hand. Breakfast options were varied and tasted good. We loved the fact that there were separate family pools which were relatively quiet. Facilities around the pool were great, and the hotel provided pool toys……
