“I left a response with the Duty Manager on the horrendous attitude and service of staff at Jose Spanish Restaurant and he said he would get back to me. After few days till after check out there is no response. Keep in mind I’m a Hilton Diamond Member so not sure what non members might get ”

“Fantastic place to stay, I highly recommend for a peaceful holiday. The location is set up tastefully and the friendly team of staff all provide excellent service. No need to leave the resort as there are restaurants and beautiful clean beach for swimming all around. ”

“Close to city center. Service is great. Room is small but comfortable. A lot of fun in swimming pools and slider. Private beach is quite relaxing but water depth is descending sharply, be careful children safety. Friday bunch looks great but I missed. Highly recommended.”

“要玩亞斯島,住這邊就對了,還依據人數面費贈送門票,我們吃了早餐和晚餐,晚餐當場和飯店加訂也是很容易有座位和住房優惠。走路可到華納兄弟樂園,要到其他的樂園就要請飯店叫一下計程車比較快。 入住飯店時,我們在前往飯店的計程車上遺漏一了一件行李,裡面有小朋友的遊樂器材,感謝現場服務人員kayla、christine、elizabeth等人的協助,用電話幫我們溝通計程車送回,有被收合理的計程車送回車資,但行李對我們來說才是最重要的,物品也都沒遺漏, 滿分的飯店,餐飲和服務人員,推薦大家來入住。”
